Candace & Chuck have a true passion for real estate and love helping other people learn about real estate, particularly about investing in or relocating to the beautiful Gulf Coast. They love to invest in real estate themselves and enjoy helping others make their dreams come true.

Both are licensed in Alabama and Candace is licensed in Florida as well.  They service South Alabama including Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Bon Secour and Foley plus Perdido Key area of Pensacola Florida.

Candace is a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Pricing Strategy Expert (PSA), Certified Condominium Specialist®, Vacasa Vacation Home Specialist, RESA Certified Staging Advocate and an elite member of the Baldwin County Certified Specialists (BCCS) for the Resort Areas of South Baldwin County including Orange Beach/Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan.  The Baldwin County Certified Specialist program is only open to top producers in Baldwin County who have also demonstrated a commitment to excellence in the various disciplines of real estate professionals.  Candace is also an active member of the Baldwin REALTORS® board, currently serving as chairperson of the Professional Development Committee.  She also is the 2023-2024 chairperson for the first eXp Alabama State Agency Advisory Council.

Chuck is a golfing enthusiast and together, Chuck & Candace enjoy traveling, wine pairings and spending time with their family ~ especially the two grandchildren!
