With peak season approaching quickly, let's start your search now so that you can be ready in time to maximize 2024 income!  Peak rental season in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach & Perdido Key FL areas is Memorial Day to middle of August.  In order to get sold out by Memorial Day, you ideally want to close no later than April, which means you need to be under contract by around the beginning of March.
